In 1996, the property was bought by a major international ‘surf’ industry mogul.
Much of the beautiful rainforest was destroyed and the farmhouse callously burnt to the ground. Nick fought hard to buy it, but by then the property that was once 'rented’ for free was now amongst the most expensive pieces of ground in Australia. Sadly, it was not possible to outbid a man who can light cigars with $100 dollar bills…..
Shattered… Nick and the crew made a solemn promise over the farmhouse ashes..
